Realizing you want to change is hard. It means you have to be vulnerable and look inward at what you want or what makes you feel like you.
Therapy is a process to gain more self awareness into certain feelings or challenges you might be facing. Becoming more in tune with your feelings you can develop more self compassion and confidence to create change. Helping people understand why they feel a certain way or discovering ways to help create change is why I became a therapist.
Being one of four children growing up I knew when to listen and when to offer support. As I got older this skill developed into a passion which then helped me realize my calling to help people.
My expertise is helping people cope with feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflicts, chronic illness, caregiver related stress, and coping with age transitions.
During our sessions together I will be supportive, and compassionate to help you process your feelings and challenges. We will work together to develop goals to help you manage your feelings or create a change that you have been looking for.
